Candace Barshaw

Candace joined the Ridpath team in the summer of 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, insurance, and account management. Originally from Southern California, she earned her bachelor’s degree from The Master’s University before relocating to the Mount Pleasant area in 2024. She has quickly fallen in love with the charm and community of the Lowcountry. Candace has been married to her husband, Stephen, since 2016, and together they have three very active and fun-loving boys. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking evening walks, and her favorite “grandma hobbies” — baking, gardening, and quilting. She feels incredibly blessed to be part of the Ridpath team and looks forward to getting to know and serve our clients.
