Miller Ridpath joined our team in June 2024 after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is excited to carry on the family tradition of excellent customer service and uphold the values established by his grandfather and uncle. Outside of work, Miller enjoys live music, working out, watching Tennessee sports, and spending time with his family.

Justin joined our team in May 2024! He graduated from East Carolina University in 2018 where he was the Treasurer of his fraternity Pi Kappa Phi and received a business degree with a dual concentration in Risk Management/Insurance and Finance. Before joining our team, Justin worked as a sales underwriter for The Hartford for 4 years and spent the last year and a half as a commercial producer for USI Insurance Services. In 2022, Justin joined the Ridpath family marrying Greg’s daughter Maddie in a beautiful ceremony in Asheville, NC. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, and spending time with family.

Originally from Dublin, GA, Rahni graduated from The Beauty Academy of Byron, GA, in 2023. Rahni’s passion for helping others has opened many avenues in the beauty industry and beyond, thriving in environments that promote creativity, positivity, and personal connections. This same passion for helping others is also why she is so excited to be part of Ridpath Insurance in Charlotte, NC, where she looks forward to making a meaningful impact. Outside of work, Rahni enjoys cooking, catching up on her favorite reality shows, and exploring the city.
