Miller Ridpath joined our team in June 2024 after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is excited to carry on the family tradition of excellent customer service and uphold the values established by his grandfather and uncle. Outside of work, Miller enjoys live music, working out, watching Tennessee sports, and spending time with his family.

Katherine joined our team in September 2024. Originally from Northern Virginia, Katherine relocated to Mount Pleasant, SC, in 1994. She brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service and sales and has been a licensed insurance agent since 2016. Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Katherine established a successful career in telecommunications.

Troy joined our team in May 2024, bringing his passion for helping others succeed in all areas of life. He graduated from Samford University in 2017 with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business, where he also excelled as a student-athlete. Troy married his wife, Whitney, in 2019, and together they have two beautiful children, Avery and Elijah. In 2022, they relocated from Birmingham, AL to Mount Pleasant, SC. In his free time, Troy enjoys staying active through exercise, taking family walks, and serving in his local church.
Heather Carmola

Heather joined our team in December 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Le Moyne College and a master’s in information technology and library science from Mansfield University. Heather spent 14 years teaching elementary school in upstate New York before moving to Mount Pleasant, SC, where she took time off to raise her son, Jackson. Joining the Ridpath team has been incredibly rewarding for Heather, as it allows her to assist people with their insurance needs in the community she loves. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, volunteering at her son’s school, and spending quality time with her family.
Justin Decker

Justin joined our team in May 2024! He graduated from East Carolina University in 2018 where he was the Treasurer of his fraternity Pi Kappa Phi and received a business degree with a dual concentration in Risk Management/Insurance and Finance. Before joining our team, Justin worked as a sales underwriter for The Hartford for 4 years and spent the last year and a half as a commercial producer for USI Insurance Services. In 2022, Justin joined the Ridpath family marrying Greg’s daughter Maddie in a beautiful ceremony in Asheville, NC. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, and spending time with family.
Elizabeth Rephan

Elizabeth joined our team in June 2024. A Charleston native, she graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. After working in real estate and mortgage, she transitioned to the insurance industry in 2010. She was drawn to Ridpath after seeing our agency highly recommended in the local community and wanted to be part of a team passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs in the Coastal area. In her free time, Elizabeth loves spending time on the boat with her family, attending her son’s soccer games, cheering on Gamecock football, gardening, and enjoying the beach.
