Miller Ridpath joined our team in June 2024 after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is excited to carry on the family tradition of excellent customer service and uphold the values established by his grandfather and uncle. Outside of work, Miller enjoys live music, working out, watching Tennessee sports, and spending time with his family.

Crissy began working for Ridpath Insurance in October of 2025. Prior to joining the agency, she worked as a personal care aide for 10 years. She is a native of Pulaski, a place that has always been close to her heart. She has three children Hannah, James, and Nevaeh and one grandson Asher. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending church events, and shopping.
David Ramsey

David joined our team in January 2023 as the Director of Sales and Office Manager of Ridpath Insurance Agency in Pulaski, VA. A licensed agent with nearly a decade of experience in Life Insurance, he is also licensed in Property and Casualty. David, a Pulaski County resident, has spent his entire career working in the area. He is married to his wife, Tammy, and they have three children—Amber, Jarred, and Austin—as well as one granddaughter, Hailey. In his free time, David enjoys camping with his family and working on cars.
Justin Decker
Commercial Lines Sales Manager
Justin joined our team in May 2024! He graduated from East Carolina University in 2018 where he was the Treasurer of his fraternity Pi Kappa Phi and received a business degree with a dual concentration in Risk Management/Insurance and Finance. Before joining our team, Justin worked as a sales underwriter for The Hartford for 4 years and spent the last year and a half as a commercial producer for USI Insurance Services. In 2022, Justin joined the Ridpath family marrying Greg’s daughter Maddie in a beautiful ceremony in Asheville, NC. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, and spending time with family.
