I can't say enough good things about Ridpath. Greg and Heather were fantastic to work with. They found us a new home insurance policy that saved us money. With many insurance companies refusing to cover the Charleston area due to it being a shore town, Ridpath was the only company willing to work with us. Greg worked quickly and provided multiple options. I highly recommend giving them a call!

When my insurance company didn't renew my policy, I was scrambling for insurance. I reached out to Liza from Ridpath and she directed me to Greg and Grey. They were great. They got me a policy quickly. Grey's communication with me was wonderful. He called, returned calls and actually called me back when he said he would. In today's world it is nice to hear a person on the other end of the line. Grey worked hard to get me the policy quickly and at a good price. I am extremely satisfied with their services and would highly recommend Ridpath. They have a mom and pop feel to their firm, you know where they actually care about their customers/clients. I hope to work with them for many years in the future. I am happy someone recommended Liza on Next Door.

Grey has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We have been with the same broker for 4 years now and have seen our premiums slowly creep up with no assistance finding lower cost options. I called Ridpath and spoke with Grey and the next day had Auto and home options my inbox at a lower premium than my current providers. Grey was extremely knowledgeable about my home, neighborhood, and necessary coverages. We have a teenager driver now and Grey helped us find ways to help keep that premium down as well! Fantastic full service insurance broker and happy to be doing business with a local family in my neighborhood. Call them, you won't regret it.
