I went in to get car insurance and had a really good experience with Ridpath Insurance. Valery was so helpful and made everything really easy. She’s bilingual, which was a huge plus because my parents were also looking for new homeowners insurance and she was able to help them in Spanish. I also liked that they can help with car, home, and other insurance all in one place instead of having to deal with different companies. They took the time to look at what we needed and find policies that worked for us. Everyone was really friendly and helpful!

Grey Moore, an agent at Ridpath, went the extra mile, spending a lot of time transitioning me from my previous home owners, auto and electronics/firearms/musical instruments coverage. He was extremely diligent and thorough in finding the best rates and explaining policy nuances. His promptness at returning my calls and answering any and all questions was superb. If he didn't have an immediate answer, he did his due diligence and responded quickly. Writing reviews is a PITA and something I rarely do, unless I receive exceptional service beyond my expectations. I've never encountered an insurance agent who worked so tirelessly for me. Bottom line...Grey is exceptional and saved me a good deal of money to boot. HIGHLY recommended.
