I would give 10 stars if I could. Troy Forrest has been a pleasure to work with. I have had so many changes personally that required extra attention from Troy, and he came through on every request quickly. I am self employed and have been in sales for over 20 years.. working with this group has been a very positive experience.

We recently moved all of our insurance lines to Ridpath after many years with the same agent, and the experience could not have been better. Troy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful in answering all of my questions. He also took the time to walk me through areas of our existing coverage that I had not fully understood and made sure we were set up with exactly what we needed. The entire process felt easy and seamless from start to finish. I truly could not recommend him and Ridpath more highly.

Buying new or replacement home. Auto or other is difficult. Best to establish a relationship or better yet walk-in and meet the agents or agency. That is so much clearer and satisfying than carving through the process
