I've been working Troy Forrest and am so impressed with him. I have to be honest. A number of years ago I left a negative review about this insurance company because they were slow to getting back to me with a quote and admittedly dropped the ball. I believe in second chances so when I heard about Troy from a friend, I gave him a call about my homeowners insurance. Not only did he get me a better quote but he was so proactive about the coverage and found coverage within my policy that I was paying for but didn't need. I've since moved my flood insurance with him as he gave me a much better rate for that too. It's hard to find a company that gives you both great service and the best rates. Troy and Ridpath have done it!
