Auto and Home insurance policies were going through the roof as everyone is seeing. I did research on-line and found Ridpath Insurance which was HIGHLY rated. They were given tremendous ratings and accolades from all who have switched to them, so no brainer for me to speak with them at the very least. I went into their office which is a priority for me. Meaning I can walk into an office and speak with someone face to face. I never liked getting insurance on-line, I prefer meeting someone in person. I spoke with Grey and he was Greyt (a play on words) He explained my policy and researched quickly what Ridpath can offer their clients. Grey gave me a list of same policy and added other policies that I might want to consider. I switched and for our homeowners policy I saved $600 and for auto I saved an amazing $1100 (2 autos) and with better coverage. Glad I found them and walked into their office.

A big thank you to Liza, Grey, and Greg for helping me to quickly get an appointment scheduled, quotes in order, and insurance purchased. Wish I would have known about Ridpath Insurance much earlier in my search for homeowners insurance, which is notoriously difficult to find and wildly priced based on where you live—please believe me that I called no less than 6 companies with a combined on-the-phone time of more than 8 hours trying to figure this out myself. After all that time spent/wasted, we found Ridpath thru a friend of the family, who said they had a great experience there and we are so happy we did! The Ridpath Team was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions as a first-time homebuyer before, during, and even after the process. I walked in with a strict budget in mind and that set the tone of the whole conversation and they took that seriously, which I most certainly appreciate. A lot of companies you will call over the phone will be almost cryptic in spec’ing your insurance, but you get to see the screen and dollars-cents here! Would highly recommend showing up in person, get familiar with the Team, and the system they use so you get the most out of this experience. As a person who values seeing how numbers change vs. your choices quickly and without having to wait for email follow-ups or systems updating, this was again appreciated in helping me better understand my options. Looking thru, we got the best coverage for even less than my budget which I already thought was modest to begin with. Ridpath Insurance certainly helped us secure the right insurance at the right time, they were the best option and would recommend giving them a shout. Greg is great but Liza is even better. That is saying a lot too! On the service side of the business, Ridpath Insurance had my car's windshield scheduled to be replaced the day after it was shattered. Additionally, with teen, male drivers, I was shocked that my auto insurance rates tripled after moving from WA State to SC. Greg was able to save me thousands, and that's without "bundling"!
