I can't say enough how amazing Grey at Ridpath Insurance has been! Our mortgage company sold our loan to another company, which caused so many issues with our insurance that our current provider was unwilling to help. I called Ridpath after seeing a post on Facebook & Grey immediately jumped to the rescue! In less than 24 hours, we had homeowners insurance. He was incredibly supportive and helpful, and never made me feel like an idiot learning about the entire process. He even stayed late on Friday afternoon to make sure everything was processed and filed. I just can't say enough about Ridpath. If you are debating, give them a call!
