Awesome experience to work with Greg!

A great experience getting car insurance with Ridpath Insurance. So easy and quick. They are very responsive and available to answer all my questions. We have all seen the hype about saving you hundreds on car insurance....they really did! $125 less a month then all the others I checked, and better full coverage. Make them your first call and save yourself time and frustration.

With our long-standing loyalty to our previous insurance provider, we decided to explore new options when our premiums increased due to recent hurricanes. Then came Grey, who made a significant impression from our very first interaction. I recently received an invoice for my auto insurance. I had been thinking about shopping around since the premium keeps costing more and I saw a comment on the next door app about Ridpath Insurance on the Bend in Carolina Park. I called and made an appointment ( although I could have just dropped in). I met with Grey who is one of the agents and I shared my current coverage and costs. He was able to get me the same coverage for significantly less cost. The time and effort to look into a change was absolutely worth it and the customer service and professionalism has restored my belief that there is still customer service. It is that time of year again. The time when I dread renewing our Homeowner’s and Personal Property Insurance policies. I know and have come to expect astronomical year to year increases and the fear of finding a carrier to even quote us, no matter how good your client record maybe. Frustrated, I opted for the arduous process to shop around myself. A few days later, I found myself near Ridpath Insurance Mount Pleasant office. I remembered seeing a positive post about them and decided to just drop in, not expecting much. A gentleman introduced himself as Grey. He looked me in the eye, listened to what I was looking to do, handed me information and explained what he thought our approach should be. From that point on, the service I received was nothing short of amazing. The next day, I presented all my information and outlined my needs. Grey, immediately went to work. Within a few days, I had a complete, comprehensive summary accompanied by detailed quotes. After reviewing everything I asked to meet with him at his office later that day. While there, the owner Greg Ridpath introduced himself and actually took the time to join our conversation and shared his many years of industry experience. Not only was I was shocked by the savings, the bundling discounts and how competitive Ridpath’s proposal was, I also was impressed by their diligence and customer service. Their office is local, they answer the phone, return calls, emails and produce results. I am grateful for the work Grey did for us and would highly recommend them for your insurance needs.
